Return & Refund Policy
At 79 EMOTOS, we want every rider to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Period
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your purchase.
If more than 14 days have passed, or if the product has been damaged or misused, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns of used products.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be 100% new, unassembled, and unused.

The original box and packaging must be unopened and in perfect condition.

You will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Please keep all original packaging for at least 2 weeks after delivery. Returns without the original packaging will be rejected.
If you need to send an item in for service or repair later, you will be responsible for safely packaging and shipping it back to us.
How to Request a Return
If your item is unused and within 14 days of delivery, our team will gladly assist you with the return process.
To request a return, please email us at support@79emotos.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not ship any product back before receiving return authorization from our team.
Used Products / Warranty Issues
If your bike has been used and is experiencing issues, don’t worry — your product is likely covered under our Warranty Policy.

Condition & Restocking Fees
If an item is returned in a different condition than it was shipped, a loss-in-value fee (usually around 15%) may apply.
If the product shows signs of use, the return may be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All returns must be pre-approved by 79 EMOTOS before being shipped back.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund (minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? It happens!
If you cancel an order before it ships, a 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs.
If the order has already shipped, standard return procedures and fees apply (including shipping and restocking fees).
Damages
Please inspect all packages upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and email photos to support@79emotos.com immediately so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
Defective Merchandise
All 79 EMOTOS products are covered by our warranty.
If you believe your product is defective, contact support@79emotos.com. We’ll help you obtain replacement parts or a full replacement when applicable.
To process a defective product return, the original packaging is required. If it’s missing, the customer is responsible for safely repackaging the item for return.
Incorrect Product Details or Photos
Product specifications and images may occasionally differ slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer updates or improvements.
79 EMOTOS is not responsible for shipping costs if a product differs from online images or descriptions.
If you have specific questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different model or product, please return your unused item (following the policy above) and place a new order.
