Warranty Policy
At 79 EMOTOS, we stand behind the quality and performance of our electric dirt motorcycles. Every 79 EMOTOS bike is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date you receive your product.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies only to the original owner and requires valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice).

Motor: 12 months

Controller: 12 months

Frame: 12 months

LED Lights: 12 months

Display: 12 months

Electrical Wiring: 12 months
If a covered part is found defective during the warranty period, 79 EMOTOS will, at its discretion, provide a replacement component at no charge (excluding labor costs).
Replacement parts may be shipped directly from our factory or authorized supplier. Labor or service fees for part installation are the responsibility of the customer.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

Accidents, misuse, abuse, or abnormal riding (including stunt riding, racing, or off-road conditions beyond intended use)

Improper storage, maintenance, or assembly not following the user manual

Exposure to liquids, chemicals, excessive moisture, sand, or dirt

Unauthorized modifications or use of unapproved parts and accessories

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear

Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes

Damage caused by external forces (e.g., collisions, fire, flooding, lightning, extreme weather, theft, or power surges)
Battery Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage to the battery caused by:

Using an incompatible or unauthorized charger

Improper charging practices or maintenance

Tampering or breaking battery seals

Using the battery for equipment other than the intended 79 EMOTOS vehicle
How to File a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim:

Email support@79emotos.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Include photos or videos showing the defect or problem area.

Our technical team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for part replacement or service.
If repairs require a local technician, 79 EMOTOS may recommend an approved service provider. Labor and service costs are the responsibility of the customer.
