Shipping
We currently ship across the contiguous United States(excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and countries in Europe Union. Shipping is completely free for all electric dirt bike orders. All electric dirt bikes are shipped by freight from our local warehouses, and orders from EU countries will ship directly from our Germany warehouse for faster delivery. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Transit time is usually between 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Warranty
Every 79 EMOTOS bike is backed by a limited 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It applies to key components including the battery, motor, controller, frame, LED lights, display, throttle, and electrical wiring. The warranty applies only to the original owner and requires valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice). It is non-transferable.

Return & Refund
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for both original and return shipping fees, plus a 10% restocking fee. If the item shows signs of use or damage, a 15% loss-in-value fee may apply. If your bike arrives defective, it’s covered under our warranty policy. Contact support@79emotos.com for replacement parts or a full replacement when eligible. Original packaging is required for return shipping.

What kind of motor and performance does it have?

Is the Viper S waterproof?
Yes, the Viper S is rated IP65, meaning it is resistant to dust and water splashes, suitable for outdoor and off-road use.
What are the dimensions and weight of the Viper S?
The Viper S measures 1545 × 700 × 980 mm (60.8 × 27.6 × 38.6 in) and weighs just 43 kg (94.8 lbs) including the battery — making it compact, lightweight, and easy to handle.

How to set or change my password?
1. Enter Settings Mode
Press and hold both gear buttons on the dashboard at the same time until a new page appears.
2. Go to Advanced Settings
• Press the power button to select “Basic Settings.”
• Press the gear down button to move to “Advanced Settings.”
• You’ll see the “ENTER PASSWORD” page.
3. Enter the Current Password
• Use the power button to move between each of the four digits.
• Use the gear buttons to change the numbers.
• When done, press the power button to confirm.
4. Open Password Settings
• After entering, press the gear down button to highlight “Password Settings,” then press power to confirm.
• On the next page, select “Set Your Password” and confirm with the power button.
5. Confirm and Set a New Password
• After selecting “Set Your Password,” you’ll be asked to enter your current password again to continue.
• Once confirmed, the password editing page will appear.
• Use the power button to select the digit you want to change.
• Use the gear buttons to adjust the number.
• The red digit is the one currently being edited.
• Press power to move to the next digit.
• When all four digits are set, press power again to confirm and save.
6. Exit Settings
Select “BACK,” then after two screens, select “EXIT.”
7. Confirm Your New Password
• Turn off the bike and restart it.
• Enter your new password to make sure it works correctly.
